We just won first place, and mentors award! I didn't expect that one at all, and just wanted to make a quick post. Tune in for when Alacris Devs sends me photos his team took, and I will make a proper one!

FCTO secrets, part 1:Make your clients people look like heros!A process of empowerment, course correction and constant communication with praise about the team is important. Without their support, you have nothing. However!!!!It must be warranted, fake praise will impact every negatively and shatter trust. My clients people are awesome, they rose to the occasion, accepted the guidance as I would expect any well adjusted and mature adult would do and delivered what I requested. On the flip side, I have replaced almost entire dev teams because of their complacency, bad attitudes and skill gap that they didn’t want to bridge.

From Coder to Captain: The Big Jump!Hey, techies! Ever wondered why some ace coders stay behind the screen while others lead the show? Many miss the big picture. Here's a quick 4-step game plan to jump from coding wiz to the main stage boss:➤ Mindset Magic: Think bigger! It's not just about the code but the whole team and where you're headed.➤ Talk the Talk: Explain your cool tech stuff so everyone gets it. No jargon, just straight talk.➤ Feel the Feels: Understand your team's vibes. Be the leader who gets people.➤Boss Move: Don’t do all the work. Trust your squad, hand them tasks, and watch the magic happen!Remember, it's not just about writing code but writing your own leadership story. Time to level up! 💡🚀 #TechLeader

Our product Slate won the SIIA Codie award, also called the Oscars of the tech industryFour lessons that I learnt while building Slate 1. Fall in love with the problem, not solution - We changed direction of Slate many times based on the data and reaction of clients. Obsess with problem, not solution. Be flexible on packaging of product.2. Rapid experimentation + Data - It's the only framework that's universal. Launch micro experiments with your experience/gut, but validate them via data not designations. 3. Move fast - Speed is a moat if tapped correctly, the average release cycle of Slate is less than a week. We had more release cycles in Slate than weeks in a year. When you have 52+ attempts in a year, you create a safe space to accommodate a few experiments that can fail too. 4. Have fun, make memes - Journey is as important as destination, if you are not enjoying the puzzle, you won't be able to play the long term game.

I just hit a milestone that's a little bit mind-blowing... 🌟(And it has everything to do with contributions in the world of Software Development!)Imagine being told you're in the top 25% of contributors in a space crowded with brilliant minds. It’s not just a pat on the back — it’s a nudge that says, "You're onto something great!"Why does this matter? It’s simple.Being part of this elite group is not about the recognition (though it’s nice 😉). It’s about knowing that the late nights, the relentless pursuit of better code, and the shared knowledge are genuinely making a difference. Here’s the kicker:Badge holders are typically in the top 5%. That's where I'm aiming. Higher. Better. More impactful.(And I'm not slowing down)So, here's to every question asked, every answer given, and every piece of advice shared. Each small effort contributes to a larger narrative of progress and community. If you’re out there hustling in your field, remember this:Your work doesn't go unnoticed. You’re part of a collective push towards innovation and excellence. And yes, that’s something worth celebrating. 🚀Let’s keep creating, sharing, and lifting each other up. Because that’s how we all rise.P.S. - Have you hit a professional milestone recently? Drop it in the comments! Let’s celebrate together. 🎉Muhammad Ismaeel#SoftwareDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #Community #Innovation #Milestone #LinkedInTop25

At CodeJam 2.0, I spoke about how Machine Learning is used in the industry and the mistakes people often make. I explained common errors and suggested better ways to evaluate ML models. My goal was to help the audience (mostly students) understand how to use Machine Learning more effectively. I shared real-world examples and encouraged learning from mistakes for better results. Thanks for inviting me Syed Wajid HussainGoogle Developer Student Club - SMIU

Refactoring isn't just about improving your own code; it's a team sport. The better you get at it, the better everyone else gets at working with your code. Shared ownership amplifies your team's efficiency. #Teamwork #CodeStewardship
