A very helpful and friendly Gustavo Martinez was the agent who helped me out, My experience was with a knowledgeable, professional human (not a robot) who was able to hook me up with insurance in less then 20min. All from the convenience of my home.
I will definitely come back for my insurance needs in the future, and recommend this agency, for painless, and fast service.
This kind of easy fast and human service is becoming increasingly rare, I do appreciate how easy the experience was.

He not only helped me get insured due to my sticky situation, but also made me feel valued and appreciated. My agent, Chris Tedder, was very nice and respectful. Although I was in no hurry, he was very courteous of my time. Chris has very good manners and excellent customer service skills. He was also very patient with me while I gathered the information he needed. In the past when I was young and dumb, I had trouble getting insured but Freeway Insurance helped me. The customer experience I received from Chris is a good reminder of why I went with them as well as the reason for why I will use them again. If you're having issues, for whatever reason, it's safe to say they'll have a solution. Thanks a lot Chris!

I have a custom stunt motorcycle, that was pretty tricky to get insured because the frames VIN number was generated as custom. It was a big ordeal I sat in the phone for a bit. But my man Gustavo got everything secured for me pretty simple. I highly suggest getting motorcycle insurance through them. They will work with you 🙏🏽
