Here are some of my favorite Keto Salad Dressings

Creamy Avocado Dressing
Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as needed for desired consistency)
Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cilantro. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and blend again to incorporate the flavors.

If the dressing is too thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
