The Zoning Ordinance limits the number of yard/garage sales at any residential property (house, condominium, apartment development, etc) to two sales within a twelve month period. Each yard/garage sale may not exceed three consecutive days. Can I have a yard sale on the sidewalk or in the street?

Obtaining a Permit

Yard Sale Permits may be obtained from the Customer Service Department, located on the first floor at City Hall. A permit fee is required and information will need to be provided including the address of the sale, name of person conducting the sale, and the date of the sale.
