Kako se mogu registrirati na webshop Makromikro grupe?
Na naš webshop možete se registrirati kao pravna ili fizička osoba.


Koja je razlika između registracije kao pravna i fizička osoba?
Kao registriranoj pravnoj osobi biti će Vam vidljive veleprodajne cijene (bez PDV-a), a plaćanje se obavlja virmanski.
Kao fizičkoj osobi, prikazati će Vam se maloprodajne cijene, a platiti možete karticom, virmanski ili pouzećem. Moguće je isporučiti R1 račun kupcu koji je registriran kao fizička osoba.


Postoji li minimalni iznos za web narudžbu?
Ne, na našem webshopu nema ograničenja vezanih za minimalni iznos narudžbe.


Moram li se registrirati da bih obavio kupnju?
Kupnju možete obaviti i kao “Gost”, ali će Vam svejedno biti ponuđeno da upišete sve podatke koji su nam potrebni za dostavu i kontakt u slučaju nenadanih izmjena.


Želim izvršiti kupnju kao fizička osoba. Kako mogu dobiti R1 račun za robu naručenu putem webshop-a?
Za izdavanje R1 računa fizičkim osobama, dovoljno je u drugom/trećem koraku narudžbe (korak “Dostava i plaćanje”) zatražiti R1 i ispuniti sva polja s podacima tvrtke.


Artikl koji tražim nije ulistan na webshop, možete li ga nabaviti?
Možemo provjeriti dobavljivost za određeni artikl. Molimo, pošaljite nam upit sa oznakom/modelom proizvoda na e-mail podrska@makromikro.hr te ćemo Vam u najkraćem mogućem roku poslati informacije o cijeni i roku isporuke.


Kako mogu platiti robu koju naručujem?
Naručenu robu možete platiti pouzećem, virmanski ili karticom.
Kod plaćanja pouzećem, narudžbu plaćate direktno dostavljaču (u gotovini) prilikom preuzimanja paketa.
Virmanske uplate vrše se po potvrdi narudžbe koju ćete dobiti na mail nakon izvršene narudžbe.
Uplata karticom vrši se online - odmah nakon završetka narudžbe, webshop Vas automatski preusmjerava na stranicu na kojoj vršite plaćanje.


Mogu li robu kupiti na rate?
Naravno, robu možete platiti karticom na rate. Plaćanje na rate moguće je i u poslovnicama i putem webshopa. Ovisno o kartici, platiti možete do 12 rata beskamatno.
Maksimalan broj rata za sve kartice provjerite ovdje.


Na koji način se vrši uplata karticom putem webshopa?
Plaćanje karticom putem webshopa vrši se odmah nakon završetka narudžbe – webshop Vas automatski preusmjerava na sigurnu Monri stranicu za plaćanje. Na stranici je potrebno upisati podatke kartice - vrstu, broj, datum isteka, kontrolni broj te željeni broj rata.
Kontrolni broj kartice nalazi se otisnut na kartici, a služi kao dokaz da fizički posjedujete karticu u trenutku kupnje. Time se smanjuje mogućnost zloupotrebe kartice.


Kupio bih robu preko weba. Da li je moguće da mi robu dostavite u Vašu poslovnicu ili skladište?
Naravno, dovoljno je u napomenu narudžbe upisati gdje želite preuzeti robu. Čim roba bude spremna, kontaktiratćemo Vas na telefon ili mail koji ste upisali prilikom kupnje.


Mogu li robu kupiti u poslovnicama ili samo putem webshopa?
Imamo više poslovnica diljem Hrvatske i robu je moguće kupiti/naručiti u poslovnici. U poslovnicama možete platiti gotovinom ili karticom (jednokratno ili na rate). Točne informacije o poslovnicama pogledajte ovdje.


Koja je cijena dostave za naručenu robu?
Cijena dostave za narudžbe do 66.36 € (s PDV-om) iznosi 4,65 € (PDV uključen). Dostava za narudžbe preko 66.36 € (s PDV-om) je besplatna.
Robu je moguće preuzeti i u nekoj od naših poslovnica ili centralnom skladištu bez plaćanja dostave, bez obzira na iznos.


Naručio sam robu, kada mogu očekivati isporuku?
Ukoliko je naručena roba odmah dostupna na našem centralnom skladištu, isporuka je najčešće unutar 2 radna dana. Ukoliko se naručena roba nalazi na više različitih lokacija, rok isporuke je 3-7 radnih dana.
(Iznimka su otoci i mjesta koja ne podržavaju svakodnevnu dostavu).


Koji je postupak ako je uređaj neispravan?
Neispravan uređaj možete predati direktno u ovlašteni servis ili ga možete predati nama te ćemo ga mi prosljediti u servis koji je ovlašten od strane dobavljača.

Kupili smo nove tinte/tonere, što da radimo sa starima?
U našoj ponudi nudimo i uslugu zbrinjavanja tinti/tonera. Original HP tonere zbrinjavamo besplatno, a cijena za ostale ovisi o ukupnoj težini. Za zbrinute tonere izdajemo “Prateći list za otpad”.
